Shipping Policy

At ARVE, we aim to make shipping as simple and transparent as possible. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from the UK.

UK Shipping

UK shipping is completely free.

All UK orders are shipped from within the UK, with no additional shipping charge at checkout.

European Shipping

Shipping to Europe is calculated based on the actual shipping cost for your destination and the delivery service available.

We do not intentionally overcharge for European shipping. The amount shown at checkout reflects the cost of shipping your order to you.

Please note that depending on your country, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We ship internationally where available. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size and weight of your order, and the available shipping service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated and are the responsibility of the customer.

ARVE does not control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be applied by your country's customs authorities.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, shipping method, customs processing, and circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. ARVE cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Customs & Delays

For international and European orders, customs processing may occasionally cause delays. These delays are outside of ARVE's control.

If your order is held by customs, any requested information, duties, taxes, or fees must be dealt with by the customer.
